Customer Success Officer

As our Customer Success Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for new clients, guiding them every step of the way as they get started with our platform. You’ll embrace each challenge with a proactive and determined mindset, ensuring our clients feel fully supported and confident in navigating our software. Your deep commitment to client success will drive every interaction and decision.
You’ll get to work closely with key stakeholders from CEOs to employees helping them to see how our solution aligns with their business goals. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of client communication, training sessions, and some technical troubleshooting. You'll also dive into clients' current processes, helping them refine and optimize their workflows, building them around Agileday practices to boost efficiency and adaptability. Additionally, you’ll oversee data migrations to make sure everything is set up just right. And as you build relationships with our clients, you’ll keep an ear to the ground, gathering feedback and sharing insights with our product team to help us improve.
What We Wish You to Bring to the Table:
Experience: We are seeking someone with a strong background and passion in consulting industry operations. You might have had a role as a team manager, head of staffing, business lead or COO where you have been having hands dirty solving the daily challenges of operating the business efficiently. Or maybe your background is in serving the industry with SaaS products related to operations. No matter what it is, it is crucial to have passion for how best consulting companies are designed & operated in a modern, people-centric manner. Managing allocations, optimizing utilization, keeping everyone motivated and building teams over different business models should be something that immediately triggers your interest.
Communication Skills: You’re comfortable chatting with everyone, from CEOs to employees, and you know how to make complex ideas easy to understand.
Tech-Savvy: You’ve got a good grasp of SaaS platforms, and you’re not afraid to dive into the technical side of things when clients need help. Experience with data migrations? Even better.
Training Skills: You’re a natural teacher, able to guide users through our software so they can hit the ground running.
Problem-Solver: When challenges arise, you’re quick on your feet and always ready with a solution.
